I think it would be safe to say that I've improved just a little bit. XD
And now it's time for...
OVERLY LONG DESCRIPTIOOONNNN
I hardly ever colored anything back at the start of the year, so I went with this piece of crud since it looked slightly better than all the pencil sketches. Also, LINED PAPER. I DREW EVERYTHING ON LINED PAPER BACK THEN. I AM ASHAMED OF IT STILL.
...I still can't believe this is still in my top five most faved deviations. Come on, you guys.. :'D
I finally started using SAI instead of dA Muro. It was a little better, but my digital art still looked like crap -u-
I think this is around the seventh most faved. Man, I was proud of that drawing. But it looks like crap now |D
Still drawing digitally with a mouse. I wish I had that much free time now...
I FINALLY started using a tablet (my brother's), and the quality of my digital art jumped up quite a bit here. Still a lot of anatomy mistakes, though.
I don't know if anyone noticed the mistake in this drawing, but some of the snow in the background is bigger than the snow in the foreground. Other than that, I think it looks alright. Though I sometimes wonder why I drew something like that in the middle of summer.
Aha, I was so proud of this because eight people was the most I'd ever had in a drawing. And then in September my portfolio beat that by about... 53.
Also, this one is sixth most faved.
NOW GO FAVE IT SO CHUYASHA CAN GET KICKED OUT OF THE TOP FIVE
This is my third most faved deviation, and rightfully so. It took me many many hours to finish that. There are some mistakes, but I'm very happy with that portfolio.
And here we have the fourth most faved. My first deviation with a transparent background~
Ah, my first decent watercolor. It made it to the top 15, but there's still room for a lot of improvement on my watercolor skills.
Hmm. Still wondering if I should have put something else here. I haven't really drawn much of anything impressive this month ^^''
...I need to stop jumping on these bandwagons.
